1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PredScout website, accounts, dashboards, analytics, simulations, copy-trading tools, automation features and related services.
By accessing or using PredScout, creating an account, connecting a wallet or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The PredScout service
PredScout provides tools for reviewing public prediction market and wallet activity, comparing performance metrics, running simulations, configuring copy-trading rules and managing trading risk.
PredScout is an independent interface. We are not Polymarket, a broker, an exchange, an investment adviser, a custodian or a counterparty to your trades. We do not control Polymarket, its markets, smart contracts, settlement decisions or available liquidity.
3. Eligibility and local laws
You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to accept these terms and be permitted to use prediction markets and automated trading tools in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for determining whether your access to PredScout, Polymarket or any connected service is lawful where you live. You may not use PredScout to bypass geographic, legal, account or eligibility restrictions imposed by law or by a third-party service.
4. Your account and wallet
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials, email account, devices and connected wallet secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
PredScout does not custody or control your funds. Transactions are initiated from your connected wallet and may be submitted to Polymarket or other third-party systems.
PredScout will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Do not provide private keys, seed phrases, passwords or wallet recovery information through the website, email, Discord or any other communication channel.
5. Copy trading and automation
Copy-trading and automation features act according to the wallets, markets, allocations, ratios, limits, slippage tolerances and risk controls you configure. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving these settings.
- A copied order may execute at a different price, size or time than the original trade.
- Orders may be delayed, skipped, rejected, partially filled or fail because of liquidity, price movement, market status, wallet balances, network conditions or third-party systems.
- Following a wallet does not guarantee that every trade will be detected or copied.
- Pausing or deleting a rule does not automatically close existing positions or cancel transactions already submitted.
- Paper trading and simulations use virtual funds and do not place real orders.
Copy trading can magnify both gains and losses. You may lose some or all of the funds allocated to an automated strategy.
6. No investment advice
PredScout provides informational and analytical tools only. Scores, rankings, wallet profiles, alerts, coverage estimates, simulations and other outputs are not financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice.
Historical performance does not predict future results. A highly ranked or profitable wallet may use strategies, information or risk levels that are unsuitable for you. You are responsible for conducting your own research and deciding whether to place, copy, modify or close a trade.
7. Data, simulations and accuracy
PredScout uses public blockchain information, market data and information from third-party providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly attributed, unavailable or subject to later reconciliation.
Simulations and estimated results may exclude or approximate fees, liquidity constraints, spreads, slippage, failed transactions, price movement and other conditions that affect real trading. Actual results may differ materially.
We may correct, update or remove information when errors are identified, but we do not guarantee that any data, metric, ranking, simulation or other output is accurate, complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Subscriptions and payments
Prices, billing intervals and included features are displayed before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select, including applicable taxes or fees shown at checkout.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel before the next renewal date and retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in an applicable refund policy. We may change future subscription prices or features after providing notice where required. If payment fails, paid access may be limited or suspended.
9. Acceptable use
You may use PredScout only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, fraud, deception or other unlawful activity.
- Attempt to bypass geographic, account, payment, security or feature restrictions.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, wallets, systems or data.
- Interfere with, overload, damage or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
- Introduce malware, malicious code or automated requests that impair the service.
- Systematically scrape, harvest, reproduce or resell PredScout data or analytics without written permission or an authorized API.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to discover non-public source code, systems or models, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use PredScout in a way that infringes the rights of another person or violates the terms of a connected third-party service.
10. Intellectual property
PredScout and its original software, interface, design, branding, text, graphics, databases and analytics are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, market data, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use PredScout for its intended purpose. This right does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell or commercially exploit the service or its content unless we give you written permission.
11. Third-party services
PredScout may connect to or link to Polymarket, blockchains, wallet providers, payment providers, Discord and other third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, policies and eligibility rules.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, security, data, fees, market rules, transaction processing, settlement decisions or content. A link, integration or display of third-party information does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information PredScout collects, how it is used and shared, and the privacy choices available to you.
Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public and may remain permanently available on the blockchain. PredScout cannot modify or delete public blockchain records.
13. Service availability and changes
We may add, modify, limit, suspend or remove features to improve the service, respond to security concerns, comply with legal requirements or address third-party changes.
PredScout may be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, network congestion, blockchain conditions, third-party failures or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous access.
Features identified as beta, preview or experimental may be incomplete, change without notice or perform differently from their final version.
14. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, security risk, non-payment, abuse of the service or a legal requirement.
You may stop using PredScout or cancel your subscription at any time. Ending your account or subscription does not automatically close positions, cancel transactions already submitted or deactivate rules on a third-party service. Review your wallet and active positions before leaving the service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations and dispute provisions, will remain in effect.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredScout is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, error-free or suitable for your trading objectives.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement to the extent those warranties may lawfully be disclaimed. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredScout is not liable for trading losses, lost opportunities, missed or duplicated trades, unfavorable execution, liquidation, smart-contract failures, wallet compromise, third-party conduct, inaccurate data, service interruption or loss of data arising from your use of the service.
PredScout is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings.
Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, PredScout’s total liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to PredScout during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold PredScout and the people involved in operating the service harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.
18. Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute relating to PredScout or these terms, contact support@predscout.com first and provide enough information for us to review the issue. Both sides agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith before beginning formal proceedings.
These terms are subject to applicable law and do not limit any mandatory consumer protection or dispute rights available in your jurisdiction. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or tribunal that has lawful jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, applicable law or our practices change. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision.
Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect. By continuing to use PredScout after revised terms become effective, you agree to the updated terms.
20. General terms
These terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the entire agreement relating to your use of PredScout. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Section headings are provided for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written permission. PredScout may transfer these terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
